This is a basic safety check to provide estimates for any repairs needed, giving you peace of mind and an action plan.
Broken down or crashed on the commute?
We'll collect you and your bike, get you to a safe location, and discuss what's needed to get you back on the road ASAP.

Targeted repairs for specific parts of the bike.
This may include inner tube replacement, bleeding of brakes, specific headset or bottom bracket issues to gearing queries.
Our hourly rate is £60/hr
Full safety check.
Adjustment of brakes and gears. Tyres checked for damage and inflated to correct pressure. All bolts checked and tightened. Chain lubricated.
This service does not include the cost of fitting parts
As Bronze, plus:
Frame cleaned and inspected for damage, complex gear and brake set up and bleed, headset adjusted, hubs checked for play and adjusted, wheels tensioned and trued.
This service includes labour for fitting new cables, brake pads and tubes
As Silver, plus:
Bike stripped to bare frame, washed and inspected for damage, full drive train removal and degrease, headset removed and inspected, threads chased where needed, hubs stripped, cleaned and inspected for wear, wheels cleaned and trued.
This service includes fitting of any internal parts (eg. headset, bottom bracket, wheel bearings).
Hourly Rate outside of our service work – £60.00
Call out / collection & return – FREE* within 15 miles of Bristol
* subject to a minimum labour charge of £40
Payment due when work is completed. We can accept payments by cash, BACS and by debit or credit card.
We are unable to work on e-scooters or illegal e-bikes.
Our well equipped mobile workshop means that most work can be completed on location, but if your bike requires deep cleaning then we may need to take it to our local workshop and then return to you.
Bikes with fully internal cable routing may be subject to extra charges when fitting headset, gear or brake liners due to the complexity of the job and extra time needed.
